Payment Information

We accept most major credit or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Swith and Solo. We do not accept American Express.
Payments are taken through to the Paypal page where you can choose to use your existing Paypal account or pay by credit/debit card.

Product Availability

We strive to keep all products that we have available online up to date. However although availaility may be indicated on the site, we cannot garuntee product availabilty and may not be able for imddeiete deilivery. We will notify you upon receipt of your order to inform you. Where an alternative or a full refund will be offered. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

Delivery Policy

Postage and packaging is free to The UK. We post all our products on recorded deivery.
We aim to post orders as soon as receive an order. We normally dispatch orders the next day and you should receive your purchase between 2-4 working days.

We strive our best to keep to this but due to unforseeable circumstances please allow up to 12 days. Please notify us at info@theuglykidsclub.com if you haven’t received it although we would have contacted you already.

We ship worldwide and will normally take between 10-14 working days.
Postage and packaging worldwide is £5

Returns Policy

All items including Sale items can be returned for exchange but not refunded.

Notice must be given to info@theuglykidsclub.com within 3 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. The UKC will accept the exchange of unworn or non damaged goods in resellable condition for an alternative size or product of same value (if in stock).
Goods must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. You are responsible for any return delivery charges; any delivery charges already paid are non-refundable. Please ensure products are packaged well, The Ugly Kids Club are not held accountable for damage or loss in transit.

When signing up to our mailing list or using our online shop you consent for us to process and use your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Our privacy policy applies to all users of this website.
