WE LOVE RED BULL

Monday, July 26th, 2010

At The Ugly Kids Club, we love our energy drinks. We drink it like water. Last week we went down to the Red Bull HQ in London Bridge. Batlow, along with other established artists such as Insa, Dave White and Eine whose recent work is now hanging in the White House, were invited to paint Red Bull fridges which are going do be distributed in bars within the Shoreditch area. There was free pizza, and free drink. Any free drink. Well, not any free drink. I asked for a Vodka and Monster but they didn’t have it. If anybody’s keeping record, Morgan Spiced and Apple Juice is the drink right now.

Shout out to Red Bull and OverIt&Co. Oh and remember, too much Red Bull will end you up like this…

…so drink it responsibly.

SOHO HOUSE

Tuesday, July 20th, 2010

Yes yes, a big apology for those that were poking me for the pictures and had waited for time! I’ve been trying to sort out my whole HD filled with 3 years of photos for my website so watch that space. Soho House back near the start of this month saw the celebration of Batlow and Faime’s birthday. For those that came, mad appreciation for coming down for a lil drink and a pole dance, yes, we had a stripper pole! For those that missed out here are a couple pictures from the night.

Us Ugly Kids know how to throw a party, make sure you roll with us at the next one! If you wanna have a look at the rest of the pictures its in our members only gallery, so if you haven’t already sign up now!

RELENTLESS NASS 2010

Monday, July 19th, 2010

Bath and Somerset showgrounds and Nass is becoming more and more like our second home.

It was notably less hyped than last year. Without a big international headliner, it didnt have the je’nais sais quoi as it did last year. But we were aiming way too high if we wanted to top last year, really. Overall it was bless, and our partners for this summer; Smoking Papers held us down nicely with a gang of furniture, bags of smoking papers and even some hot ‘Your Times’.

This year it was nice to see so many brands, businesses and labels from our first home: London, in our second home;Nass: Gobbolino, King Apparel, Candy Fusion, Pinspired, Benjart and a few other notable brands: Demake, Bantum and even F2D were in full effect with being in full effect.
There’s a new gallery up for The UKC at Relentless Nass 2010. The Gallery
