Our web designer put me up on this… claiming its the only film he intends on seeing at the cinema/Imax.

I was like ‘whatever you big geek‘, but then he dropped the fact the creator James Cameron has been spending his fortunes ($200 mill) for a number of years putting this film together… and with his track record of Terminator 2 (one of my top 5 movies of all times), Rambo First Blood Part 2 (Mr. Cherrys favourite movie of all time) and Titanic (Rair and Cees joint favourite movie of all time) i was intrigued.

This shit looks like James Cameron’s Star Wars sized contribution to popular culture… his place in history alongside George Lucas and Steven Spielberg, like as if he need more of a contribution… but we will see.

A semi-profesh looking camera was the in thing for girls this year and last. Same way fixed gears are the in thing for guys…. a big camera hanging round the neck completes the ‘cool girl’ look.

Gynelle has taken it one step further and gone old school with a retro camera… one which takes film.
35mm film to be exact. The 35mm camera makes everything look like it was shot in the late80s /early 90s…

Big up to Skinnyman for taking time out to come down to The Pop Up last Friday.
But no big ups whatsoever for punching me in the face.

On behalf of The Ugly Kids Club we would like to apologise to everyone who had come to see Skinnyman spit.
Due to a disagreement between Skinnyman and The Ugly Kids Club, Skinnyman didn’t perform last friday.
There was a performance but not one what we had promised.
