The other week me and the Ugly Kids went down to Tone and Sway’s video shoot. As Sway puts it, “getting up at 6 really hurts hurts hurts…” Me and waking up early do not go together. Like marmite and toast, or marmite with crumpets, or marmite with croissants. Or marmite with anything else. We had to set out early in the morning at 7 to get to the shoot all the way up in Park Royal. Batlow came with the pack of chocolate brioches and energy drinks for breakfast which were big in the game.
Driving from east to west west london is long ting full stop. We used Bombs “Garmin” which was programmed to “take the absolute piss” and took us through central london through some next unnecessary way. When we got to Park Royal we had to circle the area literally 5 times to find the place. Which was extra long.
We eventually found the studio and set up in our own VIP lounge. Set up Ugly Kid Style. Bandanas, tee’s and one-of-one hoodies for Sway, Miss Sydney Jo Jackson and Akon (who didn’t show up, so I ended up wearing it, alongside my matching Wu-Tang denim jeans and my Gucci Tim Boots).

We came early for a reason. Not because video shoots start out early in the day, but because there was free breakfast, and we just about got the last chance for breakfast. Which was a big plus. Egg, bacon, bread, apricot turnovers. And Marmite, which I discovered to be absolutely disgusting.
My BNTL breakfast shot.

After breakfast it was straight to the shoot. Batlow and Bomb had to be me for the day cause I was assigned to being the “leg oiler”. They took surprisingly good pictures though.

After all the hard work the girls put in the video shoot, we stole them and took them to our secret photoshoot location, i.e just outside the studio with a white background and had our own little photoshoot.

After the shoot we waited long enough just in time for some lunch. Free lunch. I didn’t have the fisheye at the dinner table so we had to improvise. With some fish, and Batlow’s eye. Sorted.

The jerk chicken I had was alot. A bit too much for others though. The chicken was so hot Bomb started getting meat sweats from his ears. So he cooled himself down with 10 cups of water followed by watermelon and… bread. Refreshing.

Tone and Sway’s new video should be hitting the televisions soon so watch out for that.
Mister Cee out.
