OUR ******CARD SITUATION

Some you may know and some of you may not know…..
This week we received an email, followed by a recorded delivery 30 page document from the UK office of M*****card.
In a nutshell, we are being sued over Trademark infringement over one of our T Shirts.
We can’t really say too much on the situation, not until we find a solicitor and have that solicitor speak to their solicitors. The initial ‘haha’ joke of the situation has since worn off and we now undertsand the seriousness of the situation. The tee shirt has now been pulled from our website: theuglykidsclub.com
How they got my real name and my home address; I dont know.
We will keep you updated over whats happening in this situation. All purchases of tees from now on are forced to go into our solicitor fund. No Seriously.
